and it's the biggest and richest and a clinton stronghold. it's been at 80% for quite some time now

In any case the delegates will be split. Hillary really is a very weak candidate. She can. not. close the deal this late in the game, even in a state with a closed primary.

where Hillary is up by 17 points.

She should gain ~ 4000 votes on Bernie from Jefferson County.

9. Really close. 95.2 % 1012 vote lead in favor of Sanders.

Sanders was leading most of the time but Clinton went up by about 3000 votes but sanders has closed the gap.
