My daughter and son-in law just voted in FL

This was their third attempt because yesterday , and the day before yesterday, the lines were extremely long. They drove to another county to cast their vote. She told me this time they were ready to go camping . Very proud of them!

You really do have to go early and plot out different polling stations, just in case amuse bouche Nov 2012 #2

That is strange. Here in NC you must vote IN your county--although you can vote at any early mnhtnbb Nov 2012 #4

it is too crowded for you. I went last Sunday at 7:30 am and it was not yet busy. That was my second attempt

This coming Saturday is the last day for early voting

Long lines nearly a week before election day. Republicans don't need to simply be beaten. They should be charged and convicted for attempting to deny representative government to the taxpaying public at large.

voting location within your county.

How would they have the correct ballot for state/local offices/issues in another county?

She told me that even though they casted their vote in Seminole County , it is going to be polled for Orange County . I am glad that they kept going back. They have a small baby and I am sure it was not easy for them . But they did go back until they were able to cast their vote.
