8. It's so hard to not sound divisive...but truthfully, much of this problem would be solved if Sanders

would take a good look at this race, the numbers, and his place in history...and do the right thing. We clearly need time to come together, and for those who cannot rally around the nominee, time to ban them from participation in this Democratic site so we can go forward unified.

11. The only way that will happen is to elect a Democrat who understands the reality of having to use

big money to beat the big money-using repubs, who will then appoint liberal Supreme Court Justice(s). Then a challenge to Citizens United can be made. Hillary is the only such Democrat running.

As for "crony capitalism", isn't that just capitalism? Clearly rich people are the most likely ones to have money to invest which allows them to become richer. I guess that makes them cronies. As a country we have to decide if we think that citizens having the ability to become wildly successful is something we want to maintain. The 'American Dream' is something that many people aspire to, but certainly this interferes with a healthy and equitable division of assets. Even just changing the tax code to remove loopholes for the wealthy would not eliminate cronies, so I'm not sure what exactly you want. I have always seen this term as a Sanders-ism that does not have a precise definition, but is used to rally people because it sounds bad. Kind of like 'destroying the big banks', which would actually destroy our economy, so should probably have an attached definition/plan.

Crony capitalism is a term describing an economy in which success in business depends on close relationships between business people and government officials. It may be exhibited by favoritism in the distribution of legal permits, government grants, special tax breaks, or other forms of interventionism.
