Why I am even reviewing his inane assertion bothers me more than his hamlike appearance, but here goes. Sigh.

This is what he is referring to in Ohio early voting:

As long as Rove dropped his projections,there is a record in the press,this will be the base line for jacking the final totals. All of the Primaries were practice runs for this.
