...and used for a recount.

MN had a recount in 2008 (Senator Al Franken) and in 2010 (Governor Mark Dayton.)

4. In my state if there is an audit, paper ballots are put through the same damn machines

And if there is a hand counted audit of paper ballots, they will change the hand count to match the machine as we have seen happen already.

We have seen the same tactics used over and over.

If it happened in the states where we caught them, chances are it is happening in the other states but they are getting away with it.

Secondly, only if control of the ballots is effective. Otherwise, it is easy to swap out ballots that only require you to fill in an oval.

the only solution is hand counted paper ballots at the precinct in full public view and a tight watch of the reporting website

It's the memory card in the reader. Every memory card has its own processor and that it where the vote can be manipulated.
