Just asking - has Sanders participated in raising funds for other Demcorats?

Apparently there was a story on "60 minutes" - we saw it on John Oliver - showing how Democratic members of Congress are expected to go off site to "dial for dollars." (I don't know whether Republicans do this, too.)

We know that Clinton has been attending fund raising events to help other Democratic candidates, and also that members of Congress and Senators help with fund raising locally.

So I really don't know. Am not trying to be snarky and hoping not to have snarky responses.

Has Sanders helped other candidates - Democrats or Independent, others - raising funds? Not just this year but previously?

She's supposed to get only the first $2700. Then the DNC gets some and the rest is supposed to go the states. But that's not happening. The DNC is funneling it all back to her campaign.

The thing is, if she wins but we don't flip the Senate, we will see the same gridlock that we've seen since 2010.

If you read the "exposes", they say that money going to the STATE PARTIES is being "funnelled" to the DNC which is "using the money to support Clinton"...except they never say HOW It's supporting Clinton. Bottom line, DNC is prohibited BY LAW from contributing more than $5,000 to Clinton or any other campaign.

though he has encouraged financial support for a few other Democratic candidates who are running on a Bernie platform. And I am not upset as of yet that he hasn't, because I have no doubt that the DNC would have found a way to funnel any funds he raised into the Clinton campaign, like they did for the money Clinton has been raising via the Victory Fund.

He has done fundraising for the Party in years past. That's where the whole "Bernie takes Big Money too!" thing came from.

Second, she is exploiting the big money campaign funding model that Bernie is opposed to.

Third, the DNC has done everything they could behind the scenes to sabotage Bernie. Why should he send them money?

Fourth, the DNC has elected more Republicans lately than Democrats. Under the current leadership we have lost 900+ state legislature seats, 12 governors, 69 House seats, 13 Senate seats.

DNC has consistently dissed him. I refuse to give to DNC. Recent George Clooney fund-raising efforts supposedly for down ticket actually redirected back to DNC and then to HRC. Hard to keep track! Good luck.
