Did anyone read Rove's latest nonsense...

Cherry picking, no, mango picking more likely.
However, for all the nonsense, he did use the word 'maven'... now isn't a liberal word?
Anyway, its all in the final sentence: "My prediction: Sometime after the cock crows on the morning of Nov. 7, Mitt Romney will be declared America's 45th president. Let's call it 51%-48%, with Mr. Romney carrying at least 279 Electoral College votes, probably more."
Wow, Karl, such an endorsement, such an electoral landslide, the like I haven't seen since... since... I dunno really.
Cheers

But I don't buy the vote stealing machines from either party. RCP had a story yesterday from republicans complaining about a glitch in some voting machines pre-checking incumbents in NC (Democratic and Republican). Both parties have people who will try to win at all costs, but I just don't think it is wide-spread enough to alter the election. I won't say it's impossible, but I just don't believe it. The races are close in several states, and either candidate could flip a state, but I think in the end, the winner will be legitimate.

ROVE: I'm looking at all of these Robert and adding them up. I add up to a Republican Senate and Republican House. You may end up with a different math but you are entitled to your math and I'm entitled to THE math.

SIEGEL: I don't know if we're entitled to a different math but your...

ROVE: I said THE math.

I think we remember how that turned out.

...and Morris were bearish last time. They seem inordinately bullish this election (bull being he operative word). I've gone from cautiously optimistic, to optimistic of an Obama victory. Their math and message seems counterintuitive; a Romney loss in the face of their expectations will discredit them even to their followers. I would think they'd be ringing the GOTV OR DIE! message.

for this generation has been considered the great political operative.

however this election has that legacy at stake. if Axelrod takes Obama to another victory than its Axelrod who will become the greatest political tacticion of our time and everyone forgets about Rove.

to give him time to ponder his evil ways. The rest of his un-evolved Pond Scum Life sounds about right.
