Will we have the DefCon system on DU starting early next Tuesday?

Was wondering what plans are in place for all the heavy traffic!

by not displaying sig lines and maybe avatars. At least, that is what I THINK it is...we used to have it in DU2...

Is that unless you can log into this site you cannot read it. In order to reduce server utilization or something.
