Earth to Democrats: The people realize the future of this country is at stake.

We realize that we have a government in Washington DC that is bought and paid for.

We realize we have a government whereby our government officials (elected and appointed) go to DC not to do what is best for our country and its people, but to cash in.

We realize that our government is corrupt, that it no longer works for the people.

You think by ignoring the 10,000 lb elephant in the room that it will go away. But it will not.

I think some Democrats thought they could use Bernie's honesty and integrity to define the Democratic Party. In reality, it has exposed the Democratic Party. Voters see what you are embracing and what you are not. And all of the Michael Moore endorsements in the world won't change that.

We realize the future of the country is at stake. And we sure and the hell realize the Clintons and the system they represent aren't going to save it. They are the poster couple for what is wrong with our government.

get things done Sanders. It is essential we have a solid Democrat like Clinton with her ability to get things done, follow thru, doing the homework, competent and pragmatic. Damn straight. I agree.

5. Moore said only that he would vote Hillary if she is the Nominee

But about Sanders he said

...I first endorsed Bernie Sanders for public office in 1990 when he, as mayor of Burlington, VT, asked me to come up there and hold a rally for him in his run to become Vermont’s congressman. I guess not many were willing to go stump for an avowed democratic socialist at the time. Probably someone is his hippie-filled campaign office said, “I’ll bet Michael Moore will do it!” They were right. I trucked up into the middle of nowhere and did my best to explain why we needed Bernie Sanders in the U.S. Congress. He won, I’ve been a supporter of his ever since, and he’s never given me reason to not continue that support. I honestly thought I’d never see the day come where I would write to you and get to say these words: “Please vote for Senator Bernie Sanders to be our next President of the United States of America.”

I wouldn’t ask this of you if I didn’t think we really, truly needed him. And we do. More than we probably know.

Sincerely Yours,
Michael Moore

12. Moore should have kept silent. He's not doing Bernie any favors by saying he'll throw in w/Clinton.

But I don't think his backing of Clinton is going to mean much. This is the year of f the endorsements.

primaries.

No, people actually want to vote for people who stand for something. And Democrats standing for gestapo tactics, questionable elections, DNC bias, poor representation, sponsorship by lobbyists, closed door meetings and fund-raising with wealthy special interests, and so forth do not count.

Meet us somewhere int he vicinity of promoting a Progressive?Populist agenda that promotes tradition Democratic values, and I am pretty sure the majority of Bernie supporters are with you.

Continue to run appeals to Republicans, mostly out of fear, and you will lose us, as you already have in some many recent election cycles.

7. We have to do a workaround

meaning in order to do what has to be done, it is sometimes necessary to work around the obstacles to get it done. Bernie Sanders is the best example of this, he just keeps going with doing the right thing even if he's the only one in the room doing it. Not stopping to argue, or get distracted, or listening to insults, or PAYING precious time, attention or energy to the people who want to stop him.

He has cleared a small narrow path around these obstacles, but he is just one guy, with the help of millions of others, we can widen that path to a better future. This involves making decisions on what to go along with, and what we DO NOT want to go along with. I think there are alarm bells going off in people's heads--Earth changes on one hand, and these people who don't want to stop destroying the planet. It's excruciating to stand by and watch any longer.

8. How does one define the "people"?

Clinton has the most pledged delegates, states won and popular vote. So what metric are you using when you say the people are rejecting Clinton? And what does that say about about the guy losing to her?
