Crazed Hillary Fan Arrested in Violent Attack on Bernie Supporters

Actor Wendell Pierce, who is in Atlanta shooting a film, was arrested after allegedly attacking a Bernie Sanders supporter, according to TMZ.

TMZ said Pierce, at the Loews hotel last night, met with a woman and her boyfriend in the lobby. They supposedly had a conversation that went political. Pierce is a Hillary Clinton supporter. The woman was supposedly a supporter of Bernie Sanders. Pierce allegedly pushed the boyfriend and went after the woman, grabbing her hair and smacking her in the head.

The constant sexist and racist attacks from the HRC crew on here are bad enough, but in our caucus we had the one older white lady that screamed at the people running it when they said they did not like the super-delegates in response to 800+ people out of 1000 demanding the super-delegates be neutral or reflect the votes before they donate to the party (they were asking for money from us). The angry lady got up and screamed at all of the people running it and then yelled at the audience calling us all sexist, and caused a slightly younger disable vet in crutches to have a break down...There is also that guy in the theater that yelled at Bernie and blamed the Jews for NY housing prices.

On the other hand, bullying, aggression, the threat of violence and actual violence are "baked in" to support for Donald Trump--it's just a matter of time and opportunity .

Yes, I'm saying it- I blame the Clinton Political machine for the divisiveness we've seen. They stoked this. They made Sanders' supporters the enemy from pretty much day one. They called us tea party left- said those of us female and supporting him were just looking for the boys and deserved a special place in hell. Called us and Bernie racist and misogynist. They pulled this shit in '08. They villied us. And we're surprised some of her supporters got the message that we were evil?

this is a pattern with you here and it does not belong at DU. i didn't harass or blame Canadians for years of Harper, don't do it to us. i also don't get involved in your inter party politics, giving you a hard time for the people your parties choose as leaders in the Liberal and NDP parties.

You're the one who seems so intent on creating division by implying white people have no right to comment on which candidate offers more for black people - some of who may be suffering. They have every right to comment - we all need to look out for one another and lift up each other, no matter who we are - some here seem to believe in that - others, just pretend.

There is a poster who has spent, oh, maybe the past four years, bouncing around here. This is sexist. That is sexist. It's all sexist.

Who just made a joke about how the woman might've had it coming.

So, it's like, oh . . . . yeah. Let's go with that.

I'm just going to scribble in my lil notebook. "Dear self, remind her forever."

So much for 'caring' about women. That's the way it's been here though for years .... only 'certain' women count.

41. You say "juries are rigged", but not everyone on the juries voted against you

here are your last hides from newest to oldest:

6-1
4-3
4-3
5-2
4-3
4-3

So you're saying the juries are rigged? So the jurors who voted to uphold your post are rigged?

42. No but the juries are rigged behind the scenes. The site owners are removing people

from jury eligibility silently behind the scenes without any notification, based on no evidence.

Rigged.

Woopdedingdong. The juries are still rigged though. It's not a conspiracy. The owner admitted that they are selectively removing people from jury eligibility based on their own whims without any notice or evidence.

For people getting it for free it just makes the site suck but for people who actually paid something it's like they aren't getting exactly what they thought they would, because one of the community aspects has been stripped away.

Oh well. It's too bad I guess.

after being called daily for several months. I think it's because I finally got fed up and put about 75 people on ignore. My understanding is you don't get called for jury duty on the posts of people you've ignored.

especially since we're both Bernie people. I did make a comment here once, maybe in ATA, about why I was being called so often. Maybe they dropped me. Or maybe I wasn't hiding enough posts, because I seldom did, usually explaining that my policy was not to hide posts unless someone was deliberately bullying another. I never even hid any of Bravenak's posts. LOL.

The short-term changes

We still believe that the vast majority of DU members are perfectly capable of participating in a productive way, and serving on juries in a non-partisan way. But given the pervasively negative tone of discussions here, we think it would be wise to provide a greater incentive for people to do so. Going forward if we see anyone voting to leave the worst-of-the-worst posts, or voting in a nakedly partisan fashion to hide posts which are clearly legitimate, then we will remove that person's ability to serve on juries. (We are not going to provide any notification to members who lose their jury privileges, because under the messed-up values of primary season we think many of you would see it as some kind of badge of honor.)

So, please, do the right thing when serving and let's clean this place up a bit.

We've also decided to try removing the current "five hides and you're out" restriction, mainly because we suspect that members would be more likely to vote to hide bad behavior if they didn't feel like one of their friends might get canned over it. So while members can still be flagged for review for getting posts hidden too quickly, there's no more five-hide suspension. And anyone who is currently suspended for getting five hides is able to post again as of now. We reserve the right to change this decision if it seems like it's having the opposite effect to what was intended.

And also we are not going to feature discussion threads on the DU homepage if they are posted in the General Discussion: Primaries forum, or in either of the two primary candidate supporters' groups. We are no longer interested in featuring the most divisive content on the front page of this website.

The only people being removed are those that allow disgusting shit to stand and those who make disgusting comments. Something to think about eh?

There has been a lot of ugliness coming from her supporters lately, including last nite in Nevada when a Hillary supporter, a man, shouted "you fucking bitch" at a young woman that was a Bernie supporter.

I know it comes from both sides, but enough with always trying to point fingers at Bernie supporters.

The ones who waste their time flacking here have ZERO influence on anyone, except to perhaps drive more people to be independents or more firmly toward Bernie.

Got to wonder what they think the value is of their time here.

doesn't mean that there isn't a good reason for doing so.

you see, just because you can't think of something, doesn't mean that someone else can't.

don't overestimate your intelligence, especially if you have to underestimate the intelligence of others to do so.

I agree with you. We know he's rich, connected and a man who got arrested for assault on a woman. He's pushing apologies, dropping out of events.

I think the main element to this on DU is that he's not being discussed by Camp Clinton at all, with all the affectation of caring about such things, all the holding Bernie responsible for every Tweet some Hillary supporter claims came from a Bernie supporter. Here you have Pierce doing this and your side is concerned with the fairness of the headlines about him, wanting to be all moderate about the reaction. This is very different and highly hypocritical behavior.
