Non-party members don't get to be delegates, simple as that. The Sanders camp tried to bamboozle delegates that they didn't earn in the April meeting, so all of this was essentially a course correction with an added heap of threefold karma.

Clinton won 52% of the vote, thus securing more pledged delegates than Sanders. Any attempt to subvert or circumvent that is about as undemocratic as one can get.

Y'all lost Nevada. It's time to build a bridge and get over it.

She'll never win. Your left flank won't be there (save a handful or so).

You are not wanted. Not "you" as in all Sanders supporters, but "you" as this tiny, half-percent "Bernie or Bust" contingent.

The PUMAs of 2016 are going to wake up to a harsh reality pretty soon

Sanders was leading in all polling up the week preceding. Then Harry Reid rode into town to save the day for Hillary. He contacted one of his friends who ran a huge company with many workers. Reid asked his friend to give them some time to go over and vote for Hillary. They descended on the caucus site and so overwhelmed them and many of them were not even registered voters. They were handed papers, told to complete them afterwards and turn them in later. They were allowed to participate and they weren't even registered.

What I am saying is, if you don't like it in the Democratic Party, on your bike and good luck to you. It's not like you're the first group of discontented people to have this idea, you know. There are a ton of "third parties" out there.

Off you go, get organizing!

GBCW and "Yer gonna miss me when I'm gone, so there" stuff doesn't resonate with me., though

Though many of the people in the Democratic Party were in the Democratic-Republican party before, the actual administrative unit we still have continuity with was formed in 1828 and was the only party at the time (the Federalists having essentially petered out a few years earlier). The Whig Party didn't form for another 5 years.

Ever wonder WHY HRC and her supporters want Bernie to cease his campaign before convention?

Consider what played out in NV occurring at DEM convention, with national news and cameras on for nation to see...

Do you believe HRC and her supporters would be allowed to get away with what went down at NV?

Consider the SD and their votes.. on national news....

Yep, the DEM convention is going to be a blast to watch... buckle up!
