Question about Georgia delegation to GOP national convention and presidential nomination

Assuming Gingrich wins Georgia tonight -- if Santorum is within 76 delegates of Romney come August, could Gingrich screw Romney by pledging his delegates to Santorum?

I would find that highly amusing.
