Overall, the survey found Obama leading Romney among likely voters by 50 percent to 45 percent, after the two tied at 47 percent each in a late-September Congressional Connection Poll.

but unless folks have had their heads in the sand or up their butt for the past 4 years, it's obvious that the gridlock was due to Teabagger Republicans plotting to obstruct every single thing this President attempted to do.

They did their damnedest.
