So which of these are a problem in the GE?

Let's presume that Hillary walks away from the FBI investigation (no longer a security review)....

Which of these become a problem:

Sid Blumenthal indicted for something like treason (if it's not treason, please correct me on what the relevant charge is).

One of Hillary's close aides indicted for mishandling classified information or obstruction of justice.

A revelation that her server was in fact hacked.

A revelation that her server was hacked by a foreign government.

The incessant leaks that keep coming out on a weekly basis.

Anything else I missed?

I don't think it is likely that Blumenthal or an indicted aide will be willing to go to jail for Clinton if the charges result in jail term of 5 or more years.

There will be no treason charge, the threshold for that is very specific. As far as to the charges, it will depend on both the quantity and classification level of what was leaked or mishandled.

will likely lose.

I am not sure that the public understands the difference between the FBI's criminal investigation and the various civil suits. As the civil courts continue to rule against Hillary, I'm not sure the public will fully grasp that this is a separate issue and may -- instead -- incorrectly assume that Hillary is losing the criminal case involving her deliberate misuse of an insecure private email account for her handling of national security business.

But because they don't fit well with a certain group, it has to be RW trash.
