Federal prosecutors in Virginia assisting in Clinton email probe

"Federal prosecutors in the same office that successfully prosecuted 9/11 conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui - and who would handle any Edward Snowden case, should he ever return to the country - are assisting in the investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server, according to U.S. officials familiar with the matter.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of Virginia has been assisting in the probe for some months, with prosecutors sitting in on interviews and providing other guidance, the officials said. Their involvement is not indicative that charges are imminent or even likely, but if they were brought, Clinton would be facing a team that is no stranger to high-profile cases involving classified material.
Last year, for example, prosecutors in the district won a conviction of a former CIA officer who was involved in a highly secretive operation to give faulty nuclear plans to Iran and accused of leaking details of the effort to a reporter."

Often used when prosecutors or the WH want something rammed through.

State Department was over (probably) within five minutes, and the rest of the year has been spent putting the case together.

It contains one of the most important parts. The specialty of the prosecutors.

They'll be just like the 3 monkeys: See no evil. Speak no evil. Hear no evil. They've all got their little fabrications all nice and tidy and I'm quite sure Hill's attorney was informed of the script so Hill's little stories will match the others with perhaps a scapegoat tossed in as a nice shiny thing.

What can possibly go wrong? It'll either look like they did nothing wrong because the entire crew knows how to find the gray areas of law like rats find the corn ~or~ they'll only look negligent but also incredibly clueless dumbasses. Too clueless and dumbass to be anywhere near the presidency.

Judgement = BAD. TERRIBLE. AWFUL. INCOMPETENT.
