Now the question becomes, can we keep it up? Can we scare the hoarders and the manipulators enough to start investing in people instead of unproductive financial games that benefit no one but the cheaters?
Or are we going to fall back asleep, clinging to the notion that there ain't a damn thing we can do but sit back and watch our own destruction like it were a spectator sport?

(1,048 posts)His campaign and message can't be denied and is something the Democratic party has to pay attention to. I may not have supported him but to ignore him and his supporters is a fool's game going forward given that he has so many millenials who will be voting for years to come.

What is more important for the people? Elections totals by the 10 O'clock news that evening? Or provable accuracy, with the honest results using open hand counting, several days later?
Other countries can hand count 10's and even hundreds of millions of ballots and have the results the next day. Why can't we? And then there is the problem of the exit polls not reflecting the results very well, that needs to be looked at too.
