Can Clinton win Mississipi in the GE?

I agree with Bernie she should get the super delegates in that state because she did well there. But the GE could be different.

Mississippi is an unlikely state to turn blue, I'm afraid. Georgia, on the other hand, might flip in 2016.

Just as an aside, you might want to correct your spelling of Clinton in the thread title.

They had one of the lowest turn outs in their history this election. The Democratic party has been hemorrhaging people in the south, and the Republican families have a positive population growth rate.
