She has her own agenda that she wants to enact, getting mired in a lost candidacy is not going to help.

So far she has stayed above the fray. When Clinton formally wins the necessary delegates, she will come aboard.

Besides, it would be fair to the people that have yet to vote.

You want to talk about fair? What about them?

Nah, to the convention it is.

It also changes from election year to election year, e.g. in 2008 California was part of Super Tuesday, while this year they are a mostly irrelevant June 7th.

If the nomination gets wrapped up before the end, that has nothing to do with "fairness". Jesus, get over yourself.

I don't see a VP making much difference. And with Cruz being forced to, the medias right bent, it wouldn't be pretty.

And Sanders wouldn't ask her to.

Sanders is about impacting the platform, not winning the nomination, because that is not going to happen and never was.

And if by some chance he manages to get the nomination (like, if Hillary gets indicted before the convention), he'll have a much stronger roster of VP candidates to choose from once he is no longer restricted to people who are (a) fine with losing and (b) fine being on the bad side of Hillary who will otherwise likely be the next president. I can't imagine anyone great signing up with him now, and I can't imagine it making a significant difference in the upcoming contests. It's not like anyone is going to suddenly get him 80% of California.
