It doesn't matter what Trump wants, Bernie has said no to a 3rd party run.

They insist that the Republicans are "terrified" of running against Bernie - but they have no explanation for why the Republicans keep bashing HRC, and have laid off Bernie completely. If they were "terrified" of Bernie, wouldn't they take the opposite tack?

They also insist that HRC is Republican-lite, that her positions are more in keeping with the GOP than Bernie's. And yet they also claim that more Republicans would cross the aisle to vote for Bernie than for someone who they claim is so close to being "one of them".

I've never understood it - perhaps it involves BernieMath.

Trump is suggesting Bernie run as an Independent. If he did, it would split the Dem vote and Trump would win.

If Bernie is completely out of the picture, he has absolutely no hope of winning the GE
