Bernie shifts focus from winning the nomination to the party platform

“The people in every state in this country should have the right to determine who they want as president and what the agenda of the Democratic Party should be,” he said. “That's why we are in this race until the last vote is cast. That is why this campaign is going to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia with as many delegates as possible to fight for a progressive party platform.”

I know, it's hard to win and still not get everything you want precisely when you want it, but I suspect you'll cope.

If he is focusing on his message and giving Hillary a break from criticisms that the GOP will surely amplify with or without Bernie in the race, why do you care either way if he stays in?

Yes, there are some congressional districts where candidates can run on legalization of pot.

But, it's created a huge revenue stream and governments and corporations have heavily invested in its continuance.

Even her harshest critics admit that Hillary is a total policy wonk and can discuss them backwards and forwards, while Bernie can't even articulate how he would accomplish one of the biggest goals of his platform, breaking up the banks.

You may not AGREE with her policies, but please don't assert that she doesn't understand and care deeply about them.

rather than do their bidding. Okay, so the NRA overwhelmingly promotes Republicans, and so what if Clinton's policies--as detailed on her website-- demonstrate a clear commitment to improving the lives of ordinary Americans, especially the working poor, people of color, and women. All of that is clearly a sign of being a right wing centrist neo con because leftism is defined entirely in terms of promoting the rights of a self entitled minority to exert control over the majority. And her failure to promote the unfettered profits of gun companies and Lockheed Martin above other sectors of the economy is right wing. She didn't even vote to protect the Minutemen, and worse yet she actually obeys campaign finance law rather than being cited by the FEC for thousands of violations. None of that is acceptable.

She is on record with that.

Warmonger, corporate-owned Third Way means-testing and safety net slashing fossil fuel lover. She is damned proud of that, she is in your face about that, and it is astonishing to read the faux assurances that she would change on iota. She will just sprint to the right. Where she is happy and comfortable and very well paid. Not uniting behind that.
