She does have to get to 2,383. She will need some super delegates to get there. She won't get to 2,383 though pledged delegates alone. She will almost certainly hit 2,026+ pledged delegates and rely on supers to get her to 2,383+.

If Bernie concedes before the convention, it's a moot point. If it goes to a vote at the convention, she'll win first round, with supers help.
