How come we don't hear about Bernie Sanders visiting Black churches? Is he ignoring them?

Other than the awkward church visit in South Carolina, we haven't heard of Senator Sanders visiting any Black churches lately. Just today, Secretary Clinton visited two in Philadelphia and President Clinton attended three in Baltimore. On every Sunday, we hear stories on the Clintons visiting churches.

I remember in 2008, Obama and Hillary visited hundreds of churches throughout the campaign. Even in 2004, John Kerry visited and attended services at African American churches.

Is Bernie Sanders purposefully ignoring black churches? What's going on?

in Black communities. In all likelihood, any SBS visit to a Black church well might result in a high-profile confrontation over his 2005 vote that put the blood of thousands of young Blacks on the Senator's hands.

He must know he never had a realistic chance of becoming President and that reneging on his PLCAA vote would endanger his chances of remaining a VT pol, the only job he's ever had.
