Annie Oakley returns to Pennsylvania

http://www.nytimes.com/politics/first-draft/2016/04/23/hillary-clintons-pennsylvania-visit-is-another-welcome-home/

“I want to be really clear about this, because I learned how to shoot a gun behind our cottage in Lake Winola,” Mrs. Clinton said. “And I know how important gun ownership and particularly hunting is here in northeastern Pennsylvania.”

“I want you to know that we can’t ignore the Second Amendment, and we can’t ignore that 33,000 people a year die from gun violence,” she said. “I think we are smart enough to figure out how to do that.”

Here, she is back to her 2008 position.

in the northeastern states I hate when people use the tragedies of others for cynical spin they could actually also include the NRA money and the gun lobbyist money she received.

Bernie made the right choice by taking the high road, but if Hillary wins the nomination, Trump vs. Hillary contest will be the most negative in modern history.

6. Lake Winola had many, many close together cottages even back then.

I doubt there was enough safe area to shoot anything other than a BB gun then. Any current Winola people out there?

I just fed the ducks outside my house. That's my choice. Her choice was to shoot them for 'sport'.
