My uncle worked 45 years for one of them, and the year after he retired, they claimed a financial hardship and cut is pension by over 60% and slashed his medical benefits. Because of his exposures to metals at the job, he developed inoperable brain cancer and his last few years he had to live with realitives because he was too financially strapped to live on his own.

The contract he retired on was torn to shreds and the company shat on all of his peers!


Also, those companies that skive out on Federal Taxes also dodge many state and local taxes by threatening to pull out of states unless they pay close to no state and local taxes too!
