2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumMore than 2 MILLION of Hillary Clinton's Twitter followers are fake or never tweet
"Although Hillary Clinton boasts a robust 3.6 million Twitter followers, not even a vast right-wing conspiracy would be able to interact with 2 million of them.
According to two popular online measuring tools, no more than 44 per cent of her Twitter fan base consists of real people who are active in using the social media platform.
And at least 15 per cent more than 544,000 are completely fake."

By the way, did you see the sneering face Bubba made in that picture?
It was awesome.
You could tell Bubba knew Hillary wasn't within 500 miles of him when that picture was taken.

(25,586 posts)I never bother, just as I don't post to Facebook but I'm still on it. Nobody on Twitter needs to know what I think of anything.

(22,976 posts)...The Mail has traditionally been a supporter of the Conservatives and has endorsed this party in all recent general elections. While the paper retained its support for the Conservative Party at the 2015 general election, the paper urged conservatively inclined voters to support UKIP in the constituencies of Heywood and Middleton, Dudley North and Great Grimsby...

(28,341 posts)This is a radical concept to some, I understand but - IRL employed, busy humans rarely expend much energy worrying about their next tweet.
and "The Daily Mail" - really? Conservative tabloid trash is a good source now.
GOOD FOR YOU.

(891 posts)for twitter... however, judging an account by tweets is silly as there are tons of people who use twitter just to follow twitter feeds and never tweet. Beyond that, almost every popular figure has some percentage of fake twitter accounts following them... as bots often follow public figures to blend in or spam.

(22,336 posts)I use it to follow news stories, and some politicians. I didn't vote for Hillary in the primary so I haven't added her to my Twitter feed (or whatever it's called) but I probably will in the general if she wins it (which it looks to me like she will.)
I only read though. I don't tweet.
