So when he made those disparaging comments about the Democratic party, he was just joking? Why would he vote with us if he thinks so little of us? There's a word for that.

He wouldn't vote along with Republicans because of his deeply help political beliefs so he voted with the Democrats. So, thus, that is equivalent to tearing the party apart? It seems to me, that if one thinks that a person who firmly caucuses with the Democrats will tear the party apart because of his left liberal beliefs, you might be in the wrong party.

oh! I got it! For some people, the letter D means vastly more than principles. From what I can gather.

Oddly enough, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz (HEAD of the DNC, FFS) can do a really really shitty job, preside over an immense loss of Democrats holding office, goes directly against Obama, openly supports GOP cronies here in Florida against fellow Democrats, has left races unchallenged rather than support a liberal or Progressive, shills for payday lenders and against medical marijuana (oh, and that is a stance she would change if people would stop saying mean things about her, so evidently her principles are a bit bendy) - and I am supposed to kiss her ass by sending her money and supporting whatever she deems I should support. (NO, I will not, ever.)

And - ladies and gentlemen - that is what passes for a "Democrat" these days. Which makes the whole meme of Bernie not being a Democrat really really moot. And stupid. He likely votes with the Democrats more than Miss Third Way Debbie does.

Sanders Still Registered as Independent Despite Claims He’s a ‘Democrat For Life’

BY: Lachlan Markay
April 21, 2016 1:05 pm

Bernie Sanders’ campaign manager insisted on Wednesday that the socialist presidential candidate is a “Democrat for life,” but Sanders’ Senate campaign recently filed documentation declaring him an independent, public records show.

“He is a Democrat. He’s said he’s a Democrat, and he’s going to be supporting the Democratic nominee, whoever that is,” said Jeff Weaver, manager of Sanders’ presidential campaign.

Asked whether he is a “Democrat for life,” Weaver insisted, “yes.”

Sanders said in November that he would run in all future elections as a member of the Democratic Party.

However, when Sanders’ Senate campaign committee renewed its registration with the Federal Election Commission in October, it listed its party affiliation as “independent.”

Hillary is a Democrat who believes in more Republican-like values. Just to eliminate the need for you to challenge me, up until after she announced her candidacy formally (she's been running since 2008), she supported the Keystone Pipeline, the gold standard TPP, still wants a Syrian no fly zone, utilized the advantages of the Citizen's United fund raising method, and many others.

So it's less about labels and more about actions. And Bernie was the original leader of and founder of the Progressive Caucus.

You have a habit of always wanting the last word. You can have it as I am done with you and your propaganda. Bye!

Sanders does little of that. He sees himself as a one-man army. Maybe it's not his fault, it's just the way he's constructed. But it's the reason he's losing the nomination, IMO.

Yes, because they have political beliefs that differ from those they don't support. There is nothing wrong with backing a candidate you believe in against a candidate that doesn't share your values in a primary. Last time I checked that was called democracy.

Obama has turned into a joke,

The IRS targeting the Tea Party, the Justice Department’s seizure of AP phone records and James Rosen’s emails — all these scandals. Obama’s allowed his hatred for his enemies to screw him the way Nixon did, incompetent and feckless.

He agreed to the arrangement but then he reneged on the deal. His word isn’t worth sh*t, The bad blood between us is just too much to overcome.

Opps, did I say Sanders ... sorry, that was some other "Democratic" candidate

It's no longer about having Democratic ideals; it's about belonging to the club. What makes me laugh is they think they're part. NEWSFLASH it's a big club but they ain't in it.

And Bernie Sanders is more of a Democrat (harkening back to when it was an ideal and not a paycheck) than Hillary Clinton could ever DREAM of being.
