I'm very worried about the incessant worriers.

Worried about polls. Worried about weather. Worried about voting machines. Worried about stealing the election.

What's next? Worrying about the sky falling down? If you are one of those who chains oneself and inflicts upon oneself the energy-draining self-induced plague of irrational worrying, then you have two choices. One is to reach around your to your backside, find that bony thing under your skin that runs from the back of your neck to your ass, and USE it. Here's a thought. Use that spine to buck up and donate, call, canvass, and VOTE.

The other option is to crawl under a self-created rock and sulk away wrapped in irrational worrying.

PS: Obama will win. So quit the silly worrying.

which leads to heroin which leads to falling asleep on Election Day next to your dead girlfriend who OD'd in front of your dealer partner as he was trying to sneak in the house and take the stash!!! So don't do complacency!!!

unless you're in CO.

They worry themselves sick and are to ill to go out and vote. There is good reason to be nervous, but the hand-wringing and teeth-gnashing is not helping. I suspect a lot of it is trollery meant to discourage us, that being said. Ever notice how many of these people who post poll numbers more than anything else, especially negative ones, are people who just joined DU in the past 4-6 months?

Which is apparently going to hit only Democratic counties on a meandering path through every swing state, while pausing a week to actually correspond with the election.

I don't think people should excessively worry.

But nor do I think people should have their head in the clouds and think Obama is going to win by a landslide in every swing state by 20 points.

None of us knows what will happen right now. Yes, the odds are in favor of Obama and I'm glad to see that is the case in the Nate Silver model and in the RAND Poll.

But there are a lot of other polls that show him behind, and that concerns some people. Gallup, Rasmussen, ABC and others show Romney WINNING.

We also live in a country where electoral fraud and voter suppression not only occur, but are tolerated. And we have a right-wing media.

You do not know whether Obama will win, nor do I.

You are right on the money. We can and will win this election if we work our asses off for the next 10 days and get every single Obama supporter to the polls (at least in Ohio, Wisconsin, Iowa and Nevada). However, this will not be a landslide victory, our opponents simply have too much money to just "fade away."

(I don't know about this one. Can someone please tell me he's wrong about Obama?)

Whether or not we win, we need to take care of this problem. If that cocky, smug, entitled gym rat, Ryan, and his shape-shifting, bully of a running mate win the election, I will be devastated. If they steal it, I might be suicidal.

I have a lot to lose in this election...I have pre-existing conditions and cannot afford to have Obamacare repealed (or severely scaled back). I am still hopeful that we'll be able to pull out wins in at least in Ohio, Wisconsin, and Nevada which will put us over the 270-mark.

OBAMA-BIDEN 2012!!!!
