Obama now up by 3 points in North Carolina

A statewide survey of 500 likely voters in North Carolina was conducted by Grove Insight October 23-24 using professional interviewers.

The race in North Carolina has begun to stabilizewith Obama and Romney receiving the same asthey did last week (47% to 44%)

it is lean-Dem. I believe they are trying to do 2 things: 1. Balance out the GOP weighting of polls. 2. Show what the CAMPAIGN is seeing on the ground. So win-win either way.

But it seems that now we have a pollster to offset Gravis Marketing'a bullshit in the polling averages.
