Yeah right. People decorate their yards with hanging ghosts, etc. around Halloween. I have NEVER seen an effigy of a recognizable real person hanging in someone's yard for Halloween.

Just love it!

Doing something like this crosses a line. There are decorations, and then there are things that are simply not okay to do. This was one of those things that was NOT okay for this man to put in his yard.

over the past 3 weeks ... One was hanging from a tree & the other "dummy" was bound hands & neck to a horse-hitching post. Both made state/local news.Wonder if the "creative directors" got visited also?
