Something outrageous is happening at Univision tonight

They are showing Romney ads and some ad by "grassroots something ot other" saying that Obama promised immigration reform during his first year in office and instead he has deported more undocumented immigrants than any other president in history. The Romney ad claims that he will have immigration reform, sounding like it will be favorable to undocumented immigrants. These ads are running during EVERY commercial break, sometimes back to back. They are truly bombarding tonights shows.

Strangely, coincidentally (or perhaps not) the debate in which immigration reform was discussed, was the only presidential debate not transmitted live by Uninision; instead, they showed a soccer game, and the debate was shown after midnight. On this debate, Romney called undocumented immigrants "illegal aliens", and promised to make their lives so miserable that they would self-deport. The ads are so misleading is revolting.

I wish I could make an ad showing what Mitt said in the debates. I've yet to see any Obama ad running tonight.

Makes my blood boil!

the republicans are all talk when it comes to immigration. they use it to lead their sheep to the polls, but in reality this Admin has done more in that area than Bush ever did. BUT the President's Administration went after the bad guys.. the ones that were known criminals.

After living in California most of my life, I have zero problem with deporting illegal immigrant criminals. None.

Obama has the vast majority of the Latino vote. Romney is desperate, and will stop at nothing to try and make Latinos think twice about their support if him.

If you're Latino spread the word that this is disinformation. Or, just point them to a video of Obama's address on Univision. He covers that point there.

If you're fluent in Spanish, offer to phone bank in a swing state. Nevada needs more bilingual phone bankers last I heard.

They are not easily fooled!! They are a close knit group vote as a group,....live in extended family groups. They know who's on their side. When you have national figures like Juan Castillo well one need not say any more.

They can run all the Romney commercials on LOGO that they want, but no self-respecting gay person is voting for the dude.

Same thing applies here :p

Seriously though, people are tired of these ads. The impact will be minimal and will be countered by the O-machine if they are any threat.
