ANOTHER CO Poll W/ Obama up 3 (NOT GROVE!!!)

Another Colorado poll shows Obama up three

So that's TWO CO Polls w/ Obama up and one TIED for today.

DENVER — New numbers from OnSight Public Affairs and pollster Chris Keating show President Barack Obama leading Mitt Romney 48-45 percent in a survey of 502 likely Colorado voters.
It’s the second poll Thursday from a Democrat-leaning outlet showing Obama ahead of Romney by three points in Colorado, one of seven swing states set to determine the race for the White House.
Obama’s lead is driven by a 52-38 percent advantage with unaffiliated voters, the state’s largest voting bloc.

Yes this is an established pollster. Based in Colorado no less, I believe.

Bigger sample size is always better but even in the WSJ poll Obama led by 5 among Registered voters so these are all good signs..

More so than in 2008.

That doesn't mean they can't be accurate, but it seems the amount of Republicans and Democrats putting out their own polls is much larger in 2012.

I would like to see more Independent pollsters to give us an idea of whether or not the party pollsters are on the game or not.

But this poll is certainly in the range of the others.

How do you judge whether the 'independent' pollsters are really giving the goods unless it's election day - but then most pollsters are within a fairly close margin on election day. This is how Ras gets away with his BS - his election day polls are very good he gets a rep for accuracy and now he can play with the numbers all he wants other wise.

It's an inaccurate science period unless you do what Nate and Wang do, but even THEY have different odds on the race and both have been considered 'accurate' (but not independent) .
