Just when I thought

the ignorance could not get any worse, I see this~ I'm at the store this morning, and I pass by this car covered in anti-Obama, pro-Romney stickers.

One of them~

"Think like an American. Vote Mitt."

The woman was sitting in the car. She was an older lady. This "not one of us" mentality they have towards the President is unbelievable. She'd be screaming bloody murder if the Disastrous Duo got in and gutted Medicare, guaranteed.

On the upside, I saw four new Obama/Biden yard signs this morning also.

today in early voting. I live in Ohio. One of the cool things is that where I voted early required me to drive past a graveyard on the way home. In that graveyard is my gggg+grandfather. He came here from Scotland to fight alongside the patriots in the American revolution. We both share the exact same name.

I wonder if I am "American" enough for this lady? Because if not, she needs to get the hell out of my country.

I have Revolutionary War ancestors as well, but you know, Democrats aren't patriotic.

Only Republicans love America.

dates back to when Peter Stuyvesant was Director General of NY...also fought in the Revolution and every war thereafter. I get really riled when some asswipe tells me I'm not a patriot.

My ancestor (I don't know how many 'greats' ago) was an Ombudsman for Stuyvesant.

My family history goes back centuries in NY as well.

Maybe we're cousins!

Conservatives like Washington, Jefferson, et al just loved to "conserve" the system. They weren't progressives who wanted to change society for egalitarian purposes...oh no, they were conservatives.

People who want to conserve things always mount revolutions to change things.

Dont worry, we will win in November and ultimately history will be on our side.
