Phrase you never wish to hear again after this election cycle??

Double down. I am so mind blowingly sickened by this phrase.

Not only by what it infers, but the sloppy thinking of those who mindlessly insert it in every headline/talking point.

In the end, the Mainstream Media is not doing themselves any favors. Sloppy journalism, weak thinking, and skin thinner than a
dehydrated grape when it comes to criticism.

Chris Cilizza's recent column (10/25/12) in the WaPo regarding Romney's faux surge and the media complicity in it is Exhibit A.

Any other tiresome phrases?? (It is what it is, some people say don't count...we'll have to rip out tongues to get those excised from the discourse)

It didn't come up often, but it's truly hideous in that it's dishonest and just plain doesn't mean anything.

Sorry--never heard that one. But I will be completely ecstatic when no one , ever, says, "Hope and Change" in a political climate again. Yes, sir, completely ecstatic!

I want to scream when I hear that phrase. I like Goldie Taylor but does she ever overuse those words. Ok, here I go: 'When all is said and done at the end of the day what goes around comes around." Did I get in all the cliches.

polite, or otherwise.

Feckless attention whores, every last one of them. If I see one more interview of a "serious" person playing at actually pondering the choice, I will go through the screen.
