Reddit: According to their tax returns the Clinton Foundation pays women 77 cents on the dollar
On their 2013 and 2014 tax returns, the highest compensated male employees made on average $261,360 and $240,815 respectively, whereas the highest compensated female employees made $185,931 and $201,609 respectively — meaning that within the past two years women holding top ranking positions in the Clinton Foundation made on average 77% of what men do: that’s LESS than the national average of 79%. I would’ve gone further back to calculate a more meaningful average, but there wasn’t a single woman listed as a top compensated employee in 2012! And yes these averages don’t take into consideration job experience/performance, work history, education etc. but there's certainly more than enough adequately-qualified and experienced women in the world to hire. For a political campaign that prides itself for driving home feminist issues like pay and workplace equity, her own "nonprofit" says otherwise. #WhichHillary
