Ground Game Kicking In for Obama.

Their seems to be a slow but steady increase in Obama's numbers in the swing states as the election draws closer. The race is still fluid but Obama seems to be coming back in states like Virginia, NC, and Fl which all have huge numbers of ground workers kicking into overdrive. I think so far as polls go, the aggregate numbers are far less important than the numbers that are one and two days old. VA, NC, FL are very much in play now. The polls are showing Obama tied or even with small leads in these states. That aggregate number from polls over the month is basically meaningless now. To use a sports analogy, it's overtime. What happened in those 4 quarters prior do not matter. It's all about these last fews days and the newest numbers until Nov 6.

he was never really behind to begin with. If you look at the polling for those states you'll see a massive effort by GOP pollsters to weight the averages down. Remove ARG, Wezel, Gravis, and Ras (Mr. MeToo after a good poll shows up) and look at the change. Now what's happening is that the media narrative is oh so reluctantly stating to change.

The O campiagn have said all along the race was stagnant and expressed significant leads in the firewall states and good numbers in the tighter swing states of NC, VA, and FL. They've said this several times. But Dems keep going with the media narrative, even though they say at the same time that they aren't. Gotta love Dems. But whatever as long we vote.

To quote LL - "don't call it a comeback, [O's] been here for years..."

I didn't mean he was coming back, i meant that his massive gotv effort just kicked in and it shows. My sister is a county election commissioner for the Dems in Tx, (i know) and she told me that the big push started at the two week mark (Tue) when all the resources would be implemented ie phone banks, door to door, literature.. things of that nature. I see that Colorado is up now according to PPP. So this last huge gotv effort seems to really be paying off.
