Stemberg/Romney testimony: Judge releases testimony but doesn't lift gag order

A Massachusetts court ruled today that Mitt Romney’s testimony can be released to the media.

The judge did not lift the gag order on Maureen Sullivan Stemberg, which would have allowed her to discuss what transpired during the divorce proceedings.

Allred would probably have gotten the lifting of the gag order if she had bothered filing for it, rather than relying on the Globe.

7. This story doesn't seem to have legs. If his testimony was so fraudulent, they

could have re-opened the divorce even after final entry of judgment and sought to void it due to fraud.

the simple transcript is not very telling. its important that gag gets lifted to lady can talk freely. Lack of charachter doesnt have to equate to being fraudulent.

The FReepers are pissing all over themselves that Allred lost, but she didn't, they just have comprehension issues.

15. It's frustrating that rich people can "gag" their divorce proceedings because Romney's involved.
