Anyone know why RCP, 538, etc. do not figure Rand panel poll into their analysis?

I believe math and history. Obama has been leading for 99%+ since he declared. No Presidential candidate has ever lost with that consistency.

*Important Note* After debate 1, O peaked on 10/17 head to head , however, shift between candidates still favored Romney. Right now its FIRST time since end of September that Obama is leading both head to head and shift between candidates.
