Crazy that Romney has spent these past two days sitting in Nevada while his chances of being president may well be slipping away in FL, VA and OH..

Your right though....it is CRAZY...literally! The last debate probably threatened his mental health.

that have early voting. They can go there, get a bunch of people to show up to a rally, and then send them off to the polls. But, as mentioned, the Obama team will be here.

However, Virginia only allows any kind of absentee voting under a very narrow set of circumstances:

Of course, in the land of trans-vaginal fetus-worshipping where I live, "pregnancy" is lumped in with the disabilities and illnesses that qualify you to vote absentee. Can't have those baby-machines risking miscarriage by getting out of their binders to go vote with the menfolk, yanno.

Sometimes, I really hate my state.

He (rMoney) may be shoring up down-ticket candidates in the event RR doesn't win. And if he somehow wins, through us beating ourselves, he'll have a congress to work with.

We’re gonna pull an all-nighter!” a revved-up Mr. Obama told a crowd of 3,500 at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds here in Davenport. “No Sleep! We’re starting in Iowa, then we’re gonna go to Colorado, then Nevada, California, then we’re gonna go to Florida, then Virginia, Ohio, and then we’re going to Illinois to vote.”

His whole life, he has always been able to order somebody else to do his work.

He tried to do the same thing this campaign, figuring that with his vast money advantage, ads would do his work for him.

17. Obama won VA in 2008 by a wider margin than in OH

Let's be frank here, Romney and his corporate unlimited money KKKarl goon squad has a massive AD blitz going on right now. They have 2 ads for 1 Obama ad, and that's not counting their huge amounts of anti-Kaine ads. I just saw the Mark Warner/Kaine ad tonight and was impressed so hopefully that will keep the numbers up for our Senate chance here.

But having lived here in North/Central VA I can assure you that there is heavy support for Obama going on. Romney has the huge signs on the streets, but the houses have equal obama to romney signs. This is a good sign here. Back when Bush was winning VA there were barely any Dem signs anywhere. We're changing and becoming more like PA than like NC. I swear I see a lot more support for Obama now than in 2008 but that may be a response to all the Romney signs going up.

Funny enough, the ads have Repugs whining about how government spending on the military will be cut by Obama and Kaine and jobs will be lost. Wait, I thought they said Govt doesn't create jobs? They LOOOOVEEE spending...as long as it's on unneeded war machines.

Virginia will go blue for two (Obama and Kaine).

Between Romney and Kaine? I'm skeptical myself. I just don't see too many that are going to vote for a Dem in the Senate but want Romney for president. I think the party that wins the Senate seat also takes the EVs. As you mentioned, Obama won VA by a higher margin than OH in '08, though of course the bailout and the economic improvement in the midwest is benefiting Obama greatly.

I know there are a number of folks here that have been brainwashed into thinking that Obama has failed or whatever but are sick of Allen.

Obama/Allen voters? Not a chance, no way. Not happening.

The unemployment rate here is not bad at all so the misleading ads have had to say that wages are going down or taxes are going up..all lies, none true and most here aren't falling for it.

Allen doesn't offer anything. He's your average countryclub Republican who feels because of his daddy that he's entitled to power. Couple that with having Mark Warner on the stump for Kaine, I just don't see any chance that we will lose this Senate race here. Or Presidential race for that matter.

Just more embarrassment for the homeowners that allowed R&R to defile their property when he loses. I'm pretty certain those signs are a)freebies and b) not just free but 'pushed' by a door-to-door giveaway run by GOP operatives to locations off main drags around the state.

WELCOME to DU, fellow Virginian! Looking forward to celebrating a blue VA w/you on 11/06!
