Though I think it hurts her from not releasing them since the theme of this election is corruption, money in politics and the very issue of trusting Hillary herself. I think people would find her more trustworthy if they didn't feel like something shady was going on there.

And, to top it off. Republicans have nothing to hide when it comes to stuff like that because it's out in the open who they support. So they would release the transcripts. Actually, after giving it some thought.

Her only play would be to not release the speeches, and bet on the Republicans not releasing them either IF she had something really damning in them. Otherwise none of it makes sense. Though honestly, typing this all out feels like she's gambling for the the election in the general on this alone.
