What sort of parent takes their child into a situation where there are active snipers?

Hillary Clinton took her daughter Chelsea to Bosnia where according to Hillary they both came under sniper fire.

I remember when Sarah Palin flew home to Alaska to have her child after her water supposedly broke and how many people condemned her for putting her unborn child in danger.

Shouldn't we also condemn a parent who knowingly and deliberately takes their child into the horrible danger of sniper fire?

Is the "sniper fire" the narrative of the day? How long is it to be pushed? Thanks in advance. 1StrongBlackMan Apr 2016 #1

is not a tit for tat would be naive. That's the point of the campaign we're at. The issues have been framed, policies distinguished and personalities known.

All that is left is electability and character. That is debated through every movement and statement between votes.

The sniper thing is old. But one way it is still relevant is, unlike Bernie, the Republicans will not hesitate to use it. Assuming Hillary wins the nomination, I expect to see a slew of Bosnia sniper fire commercials. (OTOH, "CP Time" will be forgotten after the debate.)

As a parent and grandparent that appalls me, any of us would have our children taken from us by CPS if we were to do such a foolish thing.

The purpose of a primary is to VET OUR CANDIDATE some KNOWtheir strengths and weaknesses.

If their weaknesses are too many, we toss them aside and picks better candidate.

We do not want easy pickings - lying about sniper fire/being a bad parent if it was true - to bite us.

This is just ONE of the many times Hillary's "aversion to the truth" has been publicly demonstrated. Do not ask Democrats to be cool about it because "Hillary".

I am NOT a Hillary fan. I think the fact she has been subject to a year long FBI investigation and is still running demonstrates her contempt for it only the party, but the people of this country. And that is one of a dozen reasons I am not confident I will support her if sheets the nomination.

You may not recall the last time a Clinton with legal troubles was running for office, but that totally bit us and permanently damaged our reputation for decades.

But don't scold people for acknowledging the reality that she lies A LOT about Really Stupid Stuff.

Learn from it. Vet her. Then be sensible and reject her.

People just have questions about Hillary that are never answered. If she would just answer them, they would go away.

Maybe she could release her transcripts, and we'd all see how she gave Wall Street what-for.
