Missouri, as with many other states, binds their delegates to the candidate that actually won the state.
Desperate delegate tricks will not serve as an 11th-hour premiere for the Sanders candidacy, sorry.

According to this article, Both Bernie and Hillary received 34 pledged delegates, as a result of the election.
So, the election, in terms of pledged delegates--is a tie.
Yes, Hillary did edge out Bernie in the % of the vote--so she narrowly won the state.
However, those votes have been converted to pledged delegates.
Bernie: 34
Hillary: 34
