Snip.....
The book, out Tuesday from HarperCollins, reportedly reveals Michelle Obama was even hoping Joe Biden would launch a presidential run so he could beat Hillary this time around.
When Michelle Obama views the Clintons, I dont want to say shes looking down her nose at them but she kind of is, a former Obama adviser told Brower. The book adds that Michelles relationship with Hillary was fraught with hurt feelings and

The President choose Hillary as his SOS, and the only ones that have a problem with this is News Corp, and it appears some miscellaneous folks who are trying to stir up shit. It won't work for them, the president and Hilary are on the same team, and I hate to inform those unhappy campers, but this will not change the New York primary results

I've said that for 6 or 7 yrs...ever since she pushed Barrack to pass Healthcare, even tho it wasn't all he wanted. It was a good legislation to start with.

Oh yeah, he's done some great things but hasn't turned out to be nearly the great president most were expecting. I'm speaking more on privacy here esp., not nonsense the Republicans have obstructed on.

Michelle is far too smart to be led down that path.

(1,701 posts)Michelle Obama is too intelligent, politically savvy, and discreet to do such a thing. Whatever her feelings are, she would know that it does not help her husband to be making statements like this.
Autumn
(45,107 posts)I can see why Michelle would feel that way. You trash a woman's husband she may be nice to you in public if she has to but she's going to sit back enjoy a bit of Schadenfreude.
Hillary and Bill? I don't see that, Bill's role is to get Hillary in the White House. That's it. I think if it were not for Hillary's ambitions they would have divorced after they left the White House. That's just my opinion

They were showing the book and also said that officials in Michelle's office made a statement that the books assertions are "unequivocally false."
