If the question is for Hillary, they draw from a collection of softball questions.

If it is a question for Bernie, they go for the gotcha questions.

Okay then, it is predetermined ...but isn't a gotcha question partly defined by its response?

I just wondered if the public submits questions, if other media sources do, or if it's just the host?

I'm hoping they bring up health care, to hear more on how each candidate would bring about their proposals.
