Since I got no answers before I make this an OP

I don't believe that there will be any indictment for HRC.

BUT: What happens, when the FBI report states:

"Insufficient Evidence"????

How would that effect the a) nomination, b) election?

But public perceptions plays a role in fair treatment under the law. That is why cases can have their venue changed, to move away from a tainted jury pool.

The jury pool is nation wide and the trail is, in part, playing out in the primary and general election.
It is a fact that Hillary is viewed unfavorably; the question of what the FBI will eventually do doesn't improve that perception. This hang over her head like the sword of Damocles.
Every invested interest has an opinion as to the outcome.
Every invested interest has political points to score off the dangling blade.
Everyone is mindful that the death thrashings of the political life of the Clintons has the potential to cause a lot of collateral damage.

And, I think most of us want to see actual justice in action at some point in our lives. Clear transparent equal justice.

They'll say, simply, that there's NO evidence that a violation of law occurred.
