Hillary is QUALIFIED at working with neocons and the war industry, thats for sure!

She received kudos from former VP Dick Cheney.

Saddam Hussein in the 80s, was also somebody the same crowd "could do business with".

'a service supplied in the exercise of governmental authority' means ONLY services which are supplied neither on a commercial basis, nor in competition with one or more service suppliers."
