wyoming -- ???

I have no idea regarding WY delegates.

On that great google link

they list the votes and delegates for each county and on the right the percentages, etc.
And they have 156 delegates for Bernie and 123 for Hillary.


BUT
On Huffington Post for the election results, if you uncheck "superdelegates" for the results, they list them both having 7 delegates. They have that 156 and 123 for Bernie and Hillary as SCDs, State Convention Delegates. I don't get it.
What is the difference between a delegate and an SCD? Are they the super delegates?
