I worry for the Clinton people. This obsession over a quick trip is not healthy.

Gosharooney. So many posts over a quick trip by Bernie to a conference that people are saying is a trivial waste of time.

If it were just a few snarky posts, hey no big deal. Business as usual.

So much concern for the logistics of Bernie's campaign schedule is appreciated, but gee willikers.

But I worry. I just hope nobody pops a blood vessel over the obvious trauma that Sanders is causing by choosing to attend a conference on economic and social justice.

moral authority over kings and presidents thinks a Dem candidate's good enough to come over and talk; this is "statesman stuff," Sanders going around under one head of state and meeting with the others, and coming away affably and with highly-respectable world media coverage, 4 days before NY

She will be doing a very high dollar fund raiser while Bernie is speaking about justice.

That's all you really need to know to figure out the snit that's being had right now.

Plays exactly into Bernie's campaign rhetoric, he couldn't buy coverage like this no matter how much we donate.

Flinging whatever shit at the wall until they see what sticks. They'll "disqualify" until a "defeat" at all costs. There won't be any unifying the party after that, though, at this rate. Look at how quick they escalated in the past week alone - we still have two long months until June 7 ; )

I factor in that many Hillary supporters are attracted to the relative safety of a known quantity like Hillary. When the "safe" option crumbles that is deeply unsettling. It would be like buying a Volvo and then finding out there is a massive recall on it because the car just slips into reverse at the worst moment.

Sanders has an audience with the pope, Clinton has an audience with FBI investigators. He's won 6 contests in a row, 7 with Wyoming. He's got the momentum, she's imploding. She's unqualified, and unelectable, and the Third Way has given the middle finger to the liberals and Independants she needs to win a GE. Stick a fork in her...she's done.

Now, some in the Vatican camp aren't happy because of Sanders' Pro-Choice position but this summit is about economic justice, not abortion.
