The results from Missouri's county & city conventions are confusing but I think nothing has changed.

Here's why: Missouri sends 71 delegates to national, but it allocates 47 delegates based on congressional district voting, and 24 more based on the statewide vote:

Hillary Bernie

CD1 6 4
CD2 3 3
CD3 2 3
CD4 2 3
CD5 4 3
CD6 2 3
CD7 2 2
CD8 2 3
PLEO 5 4 *statewide*
At-Large 8 7 *statewide*

Total 36 35

(Data from http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/MO-D)

Even though Hillary won Missouri by a hair, and is calculated to get 36 delegates to Bernie's 35 overall, it turns out she is ahead in delegates ONLY because of the statewide delegates, which she wins 13 to 11 (see above). If you just look at the delegates determined by district voting, Bernie actually won those on primary day by 24 to 23. The delegates chosen today reflect the district-by-district races, and that's why it looks like Bernie is ahead.
