Natural born, past their 35th birthday, and residents for 14 years = Qualification.

Where the rubber meets the road ISN'T in whether one is "qualified" to be President of the United States. It's whether one is "suited" to be President of the United States.

The "qualifications" are laid out in the Constitution. Being "suited" to be President is another matter altogether and skews very much toward judgment.

Hillary Clinton saw the same information Bernie Sanders did before voting on the IWR.

One whom for whatever reason would turn their activities away from the will and good of the people, and instead do the things that benefit themselves or acquaintances.
