He was defending mass incarceration and her use of the term "superpredators", and he was falsely accusing those who oppose those things of not caring about young POC being victimized by drug dealers.

He was sounding like a bitter old men yelling at the neighbor kids to get off his lawn.

It was on MSNBC as a "Breaking News" thing a couple of minutes ago.
